PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a bolt for connection of equipment and materials to an insert with an internal thread by screwing and anchoring the bolt into the insert with great ease and rapidity. SOLUTION: In a guide cylinder 1, at least a part is formed as a cone-shaped inside peripheral surface 2A; a bolt inserting hole 6 is provided on the side of its small-diameter tip; and a plurality of protrusive streaks 8 serving as detents are provided on the peripheral surface 2A. In a plurality of split nut part pieces 11, at least a part of an outside peripheral surface serves as a cone-shaped surface 12, and an internal thread part 14 is provided inside. The pieces 11 are fitted into the guide cylinder 1, and an elastic body 16 is charged into the guide cylinder 1. When the bolt is inserted, the pieces 11 are pushed and moved while being expanded along the peripheral surface 2A, so as to allow the entry of the bolt. When the bolt is released from a person's hand, the pieces 11 are pressed for return by the elastic member 16, and the bolt is anchored by being screwed into the thread part 14.
