PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate image forming apparatus for easily attaching/detaching an inserting paper accumulation section for accumulating inserting paper removed from a printing plate into/from the apparatus. SOLUTION: A caster is mounted to the bottom surface of an inserting paper accumulation box 18 for accumulating inserting paper A released from a PS plate P. A slope 106 is provided at an accommodation section 19. The leg of a rear wheel 114 becomes longer than that of a front wheel 110 in the caster, thus avoiding the collision of a base section 144 in the inserting paper accumulation box 18 to a bottom surface 104 at the accommodation section 19 when the front wheel 110 goes up the slope 106.
