PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor belt excellent in a setting property in addition to tear strength and breaking elongation and capable of favorably holding tensile force even used for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This conveyor belt made of a rubber composite with millable urethane as its main component is constituted of the rubber composite including a 1 to 4 mass part of organic peroxide for a millable urethane 100 mass part as a cross linking agent, a 0.5 to 5 mass part of bifunctional methacrylate as a co-cross linking agent and a 10 to 60 mass part of carbon black.
