PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle refrigerator which prevents an occupant from receiving hot air from a discharge port. SOLUTION: A temperature adjusting unit 17 is provided in a refrigerator main body 1 attached to a rear surface of a seat back S of a seat by an upper mounting part 11 and a lower mounting part 12 which are mounting parts. It is composed of the discharge port 15 provided in a lower part of the refrigerator main body 1 to discharge hot air fed into a heat sink 20 which is a heat exhaust part of the temperature adjusting unit 17 and depriving heat in the heat sink 20 by a fan 22 to the outside of the refrigerator main body 1. This discharge port 15 is opened to discharge hot air toward the seat back S by tilting a lower part 16b of a guide blade 16 toward the seat back S to reduce the possibility that hot air discharged from the discharge port 15 hits a leg of the occupant on a rear seat further.
