PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure for a refrigerator vehicle, capable of reducing man-hours of construction work and having a prescribed heat insulation effect. SOLUTION: This floor structure for the refrigerator vehicle has a plurality of transverse joists assembled on vertical joists, and a heat insulation floor attached on the transverse joists. The heat insulation floor comprises a plurality of heat insulation floor parts, and the respective heat insulation floor parts have a structure for sandwiching heat insulation material with a metallic thin plate and floor material. Some of the transverse joists are positioned at the lower side of a position in which the heat insulation floor parts are bought into contact with each other. The transverse joists positioned at the lower side of the heat insulation floor parts which are brought into contact with each other have an upper part flat part for substantially and equally supporting both of the end parts of the heat insulation floor parts which are brought into contact with each other.
