PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the link operation by operating a link mechanism without any cross deformation of a tip link mechanism in a load receiving deck elevating device having an elevating arm comprising a folding and developing two-stage link mechanism. SOLUTION: A load receiving deck elevating device 1 is provided with a base part link mechanism R1 consisting of a quadrangular link provided on a vehicle body 101 side in a vertically oscillating manner, a tip part link mechanism R2 consisting of a parallel link including two fulcrums 6 and 10 on the tip side of the link mechanism R1 so as to be folding and developing with respect to the base part link mechanism R1, and a load receiving deck 18 provided on the tip part link mechanism R2. Each end portion of a holding arm 30 to hold the parallel state of the link arms 13 and 16 is turnably connected to the two link arms 13 and 16 facing each other out of four link arms 7, 13, 15 and 16 to constitute the tip part link mechanism R2.
