PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and tool for preventing oozing of liquid eyeliner, which prevent the liquid eyeliner from oozing even if eyeliner sealer is applied thereon. SOLUTION: Coating powder 12 is put on the eye line coated with the liquid eyeliner and the eyeliner sealer 16 is applied thereon to prevent the oozing of a conventional liquid eyeliner caused by directly applying the eyeliner sealer on the liquid eyeliner. In the tool for preventing the oozing of the liquid eyeliner, two containers of a powder container 14 for housing the coating powder 12 and a sealer container 18 for housing the eyeliner sealer 16 are connected by a cap 20. Therefore, both of the coating powder 12 for preventing the liquid eyeliner from oozing and the eyeliner sealer 16 for preventing the liquid eyeliner from bleeding are held in one tool.
