摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposition method for forming a film layer of functional material having a constant thickness by a liquid droplet discharge method, a display panel having the film layer formed by the deposition method, an electronic apparatus, and a liquid droplet discharge device applying the deposition method. SOLUTION: Out of the upper face of the picture element electrode 140 on which formation of a hole injection layer is planned, a liquid droplet of 50 ng containing the hole injection material is discharged from the liquid droplet discharge device to the higher region 140H, and a liquid droplet of 20 ng containing the hole injection material is discharged to the lower region 140L which is positioned on the lower side than the higher region 140H.
