PURPOSE: A stirring unit and malt skin cleaning unit for a wort production tank are provided, thereby easily cleaning the malt skin, improving mechanical endurance, easily manufacturing and maintaining the units, and reducing the production and maintenance costs thereof. CONSTITUTION: A stirring unit(40) and malt skin cleaning unit(10) for the wort production tank comprise a supporting bar(11) combined with a vertical bar using bearing; a position variation portion(15) unified with the supporting bar and having a plurality of rods(15a, 15b) in the right and left lower sides; cleaning wings(20) fixedly binding to the lower end of the rod(15a, 15b) with a certain angle, and positioned in the front and rear of the stirring unit(40), wherein the wort production tank comprises a body, the vertical bar, a first vertical bar pressing unit and an assembling shaft vertically passing through the lower side of the body. |
