<p>PURPOSE: A molten iron dephosphorizer using bag filter dust of electric arc furnace is provided to reduce tremendous filling-up cost, prevent environmental pollution and obtain superior dephosphorizing effect and sulfur concentration reducing effect by recycling electric arc furnace dust as the molten iron dephosphorizer. CONSTITUTION: The molten iron dephosphorizer using bag filter dust of electric arc furnace is characterized in that the molten iron dephosphorizer is formed of powder having a grain size of 1 mm or less prepared by mixing quicklime, oxidizer containing 47 to 53 wt.% of T.Fe and 8 to 18 wt.% of CaO, and flux, wherein the dephosphorizer comprises 13 to 20 wt.% of quicklime, 60 to 77 wt.% of oxidizer and 10 to 20 wt.% of flux, and wherein the oxidizer and flux are respectively formed of electric arc furnace bag filter dust and sodium chloride.</p> |
