THIN SPINDLE MOTOR AND MICRO DRIVE DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thin spindle motor and a micro drive device equipped with the same are provided to keep a driving performance stably and realize a practical use for mobile by adopting a stator structure removing a central axial offset between a magnet and a yoke. CONSTITUTION: A hub(31) accepts a disc and is rotated/installed to a base plate(39) by a ball bearing(37). A circular magnet(33) is joined to a circumference of the hub. The stator includes the yokes(35) in a circular arrangement. The yoke is equipped with the cores(36) having a bent step to reduce the offset between the central axes as fronting to the magnet, and a coil(34) wound to a part of the cores.
