PURPOSE: A tool box mounted to a spare tire for a vehicle is provided to reduce noise and improve running stability by removing a space between the spare tire and the tool box. CONSTITUTION: A tool box for a vehicle is composed of a tool box unit(20) installed in a spare tire(10) and containing tools, and an auxiliary guide(30) inserted between the spare tire and the tool box unit. An assembly groove is formed at the tool box unit. An assembly guide is formed at the auxiliary guide, and is coupled to the assembly groove.
