PURPOSE: A solenoid valve is provided to economize in electric power, remove the danger of a fire caused by overheating, improve the reliability of the solenoid valve, and lengthen the life span of the solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve comprises a valve inlet and outlet port(50) having an inlet(51) and an outlet(52) of the solenoid valve; a permanent magnet(60) fastened to the upper end of the valve inlet and outlet port; a plunger(31) magnetized by the permanent magnet; a spring(41) giving elasticity to the plunger; a solenoid coil(11) repulsing the elasticity of the spring and producing electromagnetic force if an electric current is applied; a stator(20) moving the plunger up and down; and a diaphragm(42) opened and shut between the inlet and the outlet according to the contact and separation of the magnetized stator and plunger.
