PURPOSE: A lens assembly of a camera module is provided to accord the center of a lens with the center of an optical image of an image sensor to display high-quality images. CONSTITUTION: A lens assembly of a camera module includes a lens holder(200). A cylindrical through-hole is formed on the lens holder. A screw thread is formed on the inner wall of the through-hole. A lens unit(100) having a lens and a filter is inserted into the through-hole of the lens holder. The lens holder is mounted on a printed circuit board(300). The printed circuit board includes an image sensor(400), a chip set for digitally processing a video signal to display an image corresponding to the video signal on a screen, and various electric devices. A plurality of inserting bars(210) for combining the lens holder and the printed circuit board are formed on the bottom face of the lens holder.
