PURPOSE: A four-way switch is provided to reduce costs and achieve improved performance by arranging a contact spring disk only in one part of a center switch, and a movable contact in a tilting member. CONSTITUTION: A four-way switch comprises a tilting body formed of an insulating square plate with a square hole(3) formed at the center of the plate, and which has a recess portion(4) formed at the lower portion of the inner surface of the square hole; a contact spring unit(2) having a restoring spring piece(2b) and a contact spring piece(2c) protruded from a base of a conductive spring plate; a tilting member(1) having a restoring spring piece and a contact spring piece protruded from the rim of the tilting body; a control knob(5) having a shaft slidably inserted into the square hole of the tilting member, a convex portion(7) formed at the lower end of the outer surface of the shaft, and a knob extended from the top of the shaft; a contact spring disk(11) accommodated in a case(10) such that the circumference of the contact spring disk contacts a fixed contact(E) on a bottom plate and the center of the contact spring disk is spaced apart from a fixed contact(COM) at the center of the upper surface of the bottom plate; and a cover plate(13) having a center hole from which a knob(8) of the control knob is protruded upward, wherein the cover plate covers the upper opening of the case.
