<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video conference system which realizes effective knowledge management. <P>SOLUTION: In the video conference system, voice data and image data of a conference participant which are transmitted from each terminal 10 are temporarily received by a server 1 for conference opened on an IP network N and are selected and processed in accordance with prescribed control procedures and are delivered to respective participant terminals in relation to the transmitter, and thus voices and images of the conference participant are reproduced on terminals of respective conference participants. A terminal which has prepared for reception of a report of conference holding logs in to the server for conference, and the log-in state is recorded in the server for conference in such a state that the log-in state can be browsed by other terminals, and each terminal selects desired terminals out of other terminals being in the long-in state and instructs the server for conference to transmit a report of conference holding, and a report of conference holding is transmitted from the server for conference to the selected terminals, and this report is displayed in pictures being displayed on terminals by interruption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
