<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a zeolite that is capable of efficiently separating and recovering a substance and of detoxifying a harmful substance in incinerated ash by a substance separation recovery method using superconductivity magnetic field. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the zeolite by incinerated ash comprises steps of introducing the incinerated ash into a first tank 2, and liquefying the incinerated ash including an aqueous alkaline solution and/or a water/air/electrolytic water as a solvent to continuously cyclicly send and introduce the same under pressure into a first substance separation and recover apparatus 1A, thereby detoxifying thereof; and of introducing the clarified liquid, which was separated and recovered in the first separation and recover apparatus 1A and then returned to the first tank 2, into a second tank 3, and liquefying the incinerated ash including the aqueous alkaline solution as a solvent to continuously cyclicly send and introduce the same under pressure into a second substance separation and recover apparatus 1B to crystallize the same to the tectoaluminosilicate structure zeolite. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
