APATITE HYDROGEL COMPLEXED WITH PROTEIN, ITS SOLIDIFIED BODY, AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apatite hydrogel complexed with protein such as biologically active substance and to provide its solidified body and its production method.

SOLUTION: This suitable production method is so formed that the fine apatite hydrogel is complexed with the protein such as the biologically active substance by maturing supersaturated solution including phosphoric acid and calcium for a long period of time. This production method for the apatite hydrogel solidified body with an arbitrary shape includes to mix the fine apatite hydrogel produced by the above method with the protein such as the biologically active substance, put them in an arbitrary container, solidify them in the atmosphere and produce the product. The fine and highly active apatite hydrogel is made to adsorb the protein such as the biologically active substance and solidified in the atmosphere, so that the apatite solidified body with the arbitrary shape complexed with various proteins can be provided.
