<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for refining and packing an oil by which the oil as the pure refined oil hardly changing the components as possible is delivered to a final user without bringing the oil into contact with air in the atmosphere as possible when refining a crude oil or before transferring the oil to another storage vessel after finishing the refining. <P>SOLUTION: The oil is prevented from being brought into contact with the atmosphere by feeding nitrogen gas from a balloon previously filled with the nitrogen gas when the pressure in a tank is reduced when refining the oil in the filtering tank. When the oil is transferred to a charging tank, the oil is also transferred in a state in which the oil does not keep contact with the air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
