<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a semiconductor chip to a member for forming an image. <P>SOLUTION: The print unit 10 of a copying apparatus 1 forms an image on a print sheet 40 by an electrophotographic system in response to operation of a UI unit 26.
