<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat stepping motor capable of realizing its slimness in the direction of a rotating shaft with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This flat stepping motor comprises first upper and lower stator yokes 31a, 34a in which a plurality of pole teeth are formed so as to face each other along a semi-circular peripheral edge and which are assembled with an exciting coil portion 40A so as to be sandwiched; second stator yokes 31b, 34b which face the first upper and lower stator yokes 31a, 34a, in which a plurality of pole teeth are formed so as to face each other along a semi-circular peripheral edge, and which are assembled with an exciting coil 40B so as to be sandwiched; a rotor 50 rotatably disposed inside the pole teeth; and a covering member 70 surrounding the outside of each of the coil portion 40A, 40B and the outside of the pole teeth. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
