PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument and a method for circulatory kinetics measurement which realize easy determination of the risk factor of a disease concerning a circulatory system when applied to determine the risk factor of the circulatory system especially cerebral infarction, or the like.

SOLUTION: The instrument determines a change in a blood pressure value and a change in a pulse value before and after changing a posture to determine the risk factor of cerebral infarction, or the like.
