PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing solid ingredient-containing food unnecessary to replace sterilized solid ingredients each into an individual container. SOLUTION: The method for producing solid ingredient-containing food comprises the following processes: a process of charging solid ingredients into an inner container which has holes at the bottom surface, part of the bottom surface or the side surface, or the whole thereof to sterilize the food; a process of housing part or whole of the inner container into a sterilized outer container to form an integrated container; a process of additionally putting sterilized seasoning liquid to the inner container and/or the outer container as necessary; and a process of sealing up part or whole of the integrated container.
