PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein since a virtual space in a motif of a general town is targeted at too wide a variety of users, users who find no webpages of advertisers to their tastes immediately leave the virtual space. SOLUTION: A system creates a virtual space as an electronic mall surrounding a soccer stadium, for example, when the majority of users are a soccer fan. Users in the electronic mall go to the soccer stadium as a destination to necessarily see an icon or the like of an advertiser on their way, so that opportunities to access a webpage of the advertiser are increased.
