PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional water heater used for a bath utilizing the solar heat, wherein it can be installed only on an upper part of a roof and it is difficult to install the water heater in another place. SOLUTION: This water heater is configurated both as a solar water heater and a fence. This water heater has a main body mainly made of stainless, and has a water inlet 2 at a lower part of the main body 1, and a tapping port 3 on an upper part of the main body 1. The main body 1 is extended in the fence shape, and may be bent on the way so far as not interrupting the water flow. Whereby the water heater can be mounted not only on the upper part of the roof, but also on any place. Further as this water heater can be vertically installed, the heat efficiency is high, though in the conventional water heater mounted on the roof, the heat efficiency is low because of the inclination of the roof.
