PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor ventilating fan mounting member and an underfloor ventilating device of a good construction property which enables the selection of an underfloor ventilating fan which is not restricted by the size of an underfloor vent hole. SOLUTION: The underfloor ventilating fan mounting member is provided with an underfloor vent hole holding member 6 of which one end 4 formed in an approximately L shape is abutted on an indoor side wall surface 3 in a periphery of a circumferential edge of the underfloor vent hole 2 provided on a foundation 1 of a building, and of which other end 5 passing an inside of the underfloor vent hole 2 and extended outside from the one end 4, and a ventilating fan holding member 7 to which the other end 5 of the underfloor vent hole holding member 6 is inserted, which bridges so as to cross the underfloor vent hole 2 by abutting on the outside side wall surface 12 of the circumferential edge of the underfloor vent hole 2, and which is fixed to the underfloor vent hole 2 by screwing and fastening the other end 5 of the underfloor vent hole holding member 6 by a fan nut 13.
