PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an adsorbent material for a long time, to equalize the suction force and to improve the operability of a grease collection device of a smokeless roaster. SOLUTION: The grease collection device of the smokeless roaster has a connection box 4 communicating with a suction channel 8 on one side of an outer box 7, to which an inner box 9 is attached with the suction channel 8 with a prescribed space in-between. A ventilation duct 28 is connected under the connection box 4, and a grease adsorbent body 35, made of metal form in the shape of a cylinder whose top is closed, is mounted on a suction opening 32 of the connection box 4. The grease adsorbent body 35 is reused by detaching the grease adsorbent body 35 from the connection box 4 (a degrease box 30) and washing adsorbent materials 36 and 36a. The grease adsorbent body 35 consists of two upper and lower layers of cylindrical adsorbent materials 36 and 36a whose diameters are smaller downward. When the grease adsorbent body 35 is washed/stored, the grease adsorbent body 35 is stacked up, and a passing channel 33 is set in a position where the inner box 9 and the grease adsorbent body 35 are close to each other because the adsorbent material 36 of the lower layer has a smaller diameter, so that exhaust gas in a cooking part 3 is sucked evenly.
