PURPOSE: A contactor structure is provided to prevent damages of contact caused due to an arc by forming the contact point of the static contactor and movable contactor at the place near the arc extinguishing portion. CONSTITUTION: A circuit breaker comprises a static contactor(1) and a movable contactor(2) connected to a power and a load, respectively, and which have contacts(11,21), respectively; an instantaneous trip unit for generating power for permitting contact or separation between the static contactor and movable contactor; and arc extinguishing portions arranged at both sides of the static contactor and the movable contactor. The movable contactor contacts the static contactor or is separated from the static contactor by being moved by the instantaneous trip unit. The static contactor has a contact attachment surface(1a) and the movable contactor has a contact attachment surface(2a) which are inclined at a predetermined angle.
