PURPOSE: Engine mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to effectively suppress rolling of an engine and improve NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness) performance by forming exact geometry about the rolling of a transmission and an engine integrated, without installing an additional reinforcing member and properly supporting load input from the transmission and engine. CONSTITUTION: In engine mounting structure of a vehicle, an engine and a transmission are integrally connected and the ends are mounted to the sides of the vehicle. The engine mounting structure includes rear mounting structure comprising a link(3) one end of which is connected to the rear of the integrated engine and transmission, by a bush; a shaft(5) vertically rotatably installed to the other end of the link; shaft bushes installed to the ends of the shaft; and fixing brackets(11) fixing the shaft bushes to a cross member(9).
