PURPOSE: Lower part-reinforcing structure of an A-pillar of a vehicle is provided to improve passenger's safety and marketability of the vehicle by preventing the lower part of the A-pillar from entering the room in a head-on collision and reducing the passenger's injured degree. CONSTITUTION: In lower part-reinforcing structure of an A-pillar of a vehicle, a seal side inner panel, a hinge-reinforcing member(200), a side inner frame(300), a side outer frame(400) are layered from the inside of the vehicle. An L-shaped reinforcing member(500) is formed between the seal side inner panel and the hinge-reinforcing member. The L-shaped reinforcing member comprises a first member(510) of a panel shape and a second member(520) of a rescue foam material formed inside the first reinforcing member.
