PURPOSE: An AD(ADvertisement) method through the rational rate payment is provided to charge an AD rate only if a buyer wants the connection with a specified company after confirming the AD notified to the latent buyers through the web. CONSTITUTION: The ADs for notifying the latent buyers are inputted to a server(S10). The ADs are classified/stored, and the ADs except contact information are notified to the latent buyers through the web(S20). The buyer informs the server of a buying intention including the contact information of the buyer by selecting one advertiser through the ADs on the web(S40). Based on the buying intention, the advertiser is selected, the buying intention of the buyer is electronically informed to the selected advertiser, and the payment of the AD rate is requested to the advertiser(S50). The advertiser receives the buying intension of the buyer by paying the AD rate(S60).
