PURPOSE: A centralized control pay television providing service system is provided to control the operation of a pay television in a centralized control manner. CONSTITUTION: A centralized control pay television providing service system includes a central controller(100), an interphone(200), and a broadcasting output controller(300), and a television receiver(400). The central controller outputs a control signal, which controls a broadcasting program to be output to the television receiver through a channel selected by a user, to the interphone, and outputs a control signal for blocking the broadcasting program from being output to the television receiver when a pay television providing service utilization time has elapsed. The interphone is connected to the central controller and the broadcasting output controller. The broadcasting output controller outputs various broadcasting programs to the television receiver under the control of the central controller.
