PURPOSE: A pillar airbag device for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and to improve assembly efficiency by fixing a pillar trim and a front pillar to both ends of a strap with screws. CONSTITUTION: A pillar airbag device for a vehicle is composed of a sensor installed at a vehicle body and detecting a side collision, a gas supply unit installed at the vehicle body and jetting gas, a bag(30) accommodated along a front pillar(3) and a roof side rail and inflated by the jet gas, a pillar trim(40) installed in the inside part of the front pillar and covering the bag, and a separation preventing unit(50) for preventing the separation of the pillar trim. The separation preventing unit includes a strap(52) connected to the front pillar and the pillar trim, and screws(54) coupling the front pillar and the pillar trim to both ends of the strap. |
