<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate price estimation method and a system therefor, an estimation server, and a program, capable of easily calculating a proper profit price. <P>SOLUTION: A fluctuation width of a prediction value as an input item is set by use of an input means 22 in a fluctuation width input setting part displayed on a display means 21, a plurality of kinds (e.g. 100 kinds or the like) of prediction values are automatically selected from a range of the fluctuation width set by a prediction value automatic selection means 44, the plurality of kinds of real estate prices are calculated on the basis of the plurality of kinds of prediction values by a real estate price calculation processing means 45, and a calculation result is counted and displayed (e.g. by histogram display or the like) on a screen of the display means 21.
