PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method taking account of a difference of a thermal expansion between a material of a magnet for a motor rotor and a material of an output shaft. SOLUTION: The motor rotor 100 includes an approximately columnar shaft portion 4 and the ring magnet 3 which engages with the shaft portion 4 with a predetermined clearance 7, wherein at an end of the shaft portion 4, an locking member 2 that locks the ring magnet 3 is disposed, while at the other end of the shaft portion 4, an urging means 1 that urges the ring magnet 3 in an axial direction is arranged.
