PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent swelling caused by moisture absorption of an adhesive for attaching and fixing the optical member such as a lens. SOLUTION: A module 1 constituting an imaging device mounted on a TAB film 2 is provided with a sensor 11, the lens 15 and a spacer 13 or the like. An adhesive whose water absorption is reduced by blending an Si-based filler in an epoxy adhesive by≥50% is used as the adhesive 14 for attaching and fixing the lens 15 to the spacer 13. Furthermore, by coating the outer side of the adhesive 14 with waterproof coating film, the moisture absorption of the adhesive 14 is much more surely prevented, and the optical unit having no divergence of focus caused by swelling is realized.
