PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device capable of simplifying an assembling structure, improving the efficiency of the work by simplifying the assembly, reducing the cost, and securing the air-tightness to the external. SOLUTION: A bearing body 5 directly supporting a rotating shaft 3 is formed by combining an approximately cylindrical part and an approximately flange part, the bearing body 5 is mounted on an open frame body 2 in a state that the approximately flange part is opposite to an inner face of the open frame body 2, and a bearing locking tool 6 is screwed on the bearing body 5 from an outer side of the open frame body 2 to integrate the bearing body 5 and the open frame body 2 in an air-tight state, whereby the outflow of a gas from the inside of the opening frame body 2 to the outside is inhibited. A structure for journaling the rotating shaft 3 on the open frame body 2 is simplified, which dispenses with the work such as welding and the like, further the components can be easily assembled without needing a special technician for welding and the like, the manufacturing cost can be remarkably reduced, and the reliability on an air-tight state can be secured by eliminating a welded joint parts from a part which needs the air-tightness.
