PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting rotor blade mechanism capable of presenting a proprietary luminescence display effect by emphatically lighting blades under the rotation of a fan or the like with an attached optical source, and bringing about value-added property improvements in security measures, design property and amusement property by emphatically impressing the existence of the blades under rotation. SOLUTION: A pair of optical source 2 are closely arranged face to face at an optical receiver 1a of a rotor blade 1 employing a transparent or translucent panel, and the blade 1 is emitted only when a light beam 2a is projected in the rotating process of the blade 1.
