PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection filter for efficiently collecting dusts utilizing strength of wind pressure on an air blowing face, and a method for collecting dusts using the dust collection filter. SOLUTION: A collecting part 4 is provided at a center, and a filter whose periphery functions as a permeating part 3 is attached on a front face of a fan 9. A wind power of the fan 9 is selected in a manner that a flow rate for permeation of the collecting part 4 is about 10 cm/s, so that the fan is operated for a predetermined time for collecting dusts.
