PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sealer for a sash frame capable of easily manufacturing a sealer from a sealer original plate and easily manufacturing a sealer having a projected part narrow in width so as not to break the projected part narrow in width. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method makes the sealer by making the sealer original plate of a seal layer 6 and an adhesive layer 7 by releasing paper 9 from the sealer original plate 5 with the release paper having the seal layer 6, the adhesive layer 7 and the release paper 9 and working this sealer original plate 8 in a specified shape, can easily peel the release paper 9 as the release paper 9 is peeled before working, can easily manufacture the sealer and never breaks the projected part narrow in width even when the sealer has the projected part narrow in width.
