PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boxing machine automatically carrying out change of the filling number and arrangement of an article or shifting preparation to each of a plurality of kinds of articles having different shapes in a short time. SOLUTION: A placement base 6 provided with a plurality of loading areas 6a, 6b, 6c loaded with a hand 5 and driven by a dividing mechanism is installed at a periphery of a transferring device 2 automating detachment of the hand 5. A memory means for memorizing the arrangement of the loaded hand 5 is provided.
