PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure separating performances having high stability in a state of the wind direction of a separating wind kept in a constant state by extending, shortening and regulating the mutual interval between fins of a sieve group of a shaking separator installed in a separating wind passage without greatly changing the tilt angle of the fins. SOLUTION: The shaking separator 10 of a thresher is obtained by arranging the plurality of fins 6 and 6 in a separated parallel state and forming a chaff sieve 7. The shaking separator 10 of the thresher is composed so that the mutual interval of the fins 6 and 6 can be regulated with pantograph mechanisms 28 and 28 composed by freely shakingly connecting a plurality of link members 28a and 28a. In the apparatus 10 of the thresher, operating arms 34 and 34 for extending and contracting the pantograph mechanisms 28 and 28 are connected to the link members 28a and 28a in the course of the front and rear directions of the pantograph mechanisms 28 and 28.
