MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPOSITE YARN HAVING ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTY AND LATENT CRIMP TENDENCY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of composite yarn having excellent elasticity, crimp ratio, latent crimp tendency and antibacterial property is characterized by using a simple spinning base. The manufacturing method thereof can increase productivity without troubles. CONSTITUTION: Composite yarn is obtained by the steps of: (i) preparing 45-55wt.% of polyamide-based copolymer having high shrinkage and 55-45wt.% of polyamide-based homopolymer distributed inorganic particles containing metallic ion; melt-spinning the polymers into an eccentric spinning base; (ii) winding the spun filament; and then (iii) heat-drawing the undrawn filament to give latent crimp tendency. The composite yarn comprises: the polyamide-based homopolymer as a sheath part; and the polyamide-based copolymer as a core part. Difference of viscosities of the two polymers is 0.01-1.
