FIELD: railway transport; track maintenance machines. SUBSTANCE: proposed tie-tamping machine has track lifting set designed for leveling and straightening main track which forms rail track plane and along which running mechanisms move. Said set is installed between running mechanisms and, viewing in direction of machine movement, directly before tamping set, and made for adjustment in height by means of drives. Main rail track level is adjusted by means of track lifting set and measuring system to check position of rail track and provided with measuring chord and measuring axle moving along rail track and provided also with auxiliary lifting device to lift switch track branching off main track. Common measuring system to check lifting of switch is connected with track lifting set and auxiliary lifting device. Said common measuring system consists of measuring generator in contact with main rail track which forms reference line formed by light beam and passing parallel to rail track plane, and measuring receiver in contact with branch which records reference line. EFFECT: automatic and accurate alignment of levels of track lifting set and auxiliary lifting device. 5 cl, 3 dwg |
