FIELD: transport engineering; track machines. SUBSTANCE: proposed machine 1 for maintaining track 3 has frame 5 resting on running mechanisms with track lifting set 12 made for displacement in height under action of lifting drive 27, and tools frame 13 on which two pairs 23 of lifting rollers 24 are installed for each rail 16 of track at a distance from each other. Said lifting rollers 24 are made for meeting across track under action of cross travel drive 25. Machine is provided also with roller 14 with ridge designed for rolling over roll surface 15 of rail 16. Each pair 23 of lifting rollers 24 is made for independent displacement in height relative to tools frame 13 under action of lifting drive 26 providing travel in height. Automatic loading of drive 26 at lowering of both lifting rollers 24 relative to tools frame is provided with spacing of both lifting rollers 24 arranged near each other across track.
