FIELD: railway transport; construction of railway. SUBSTANCE: proposed rail fastening anchor has shank embedded into tie, wall limiting side displacement of rail, catch for spring clamp pressing rail to tie, and support for resting on tie. Anchor is made of angle plate one web of which being wall and the other, support. Shank is made from middle part of second web cut at edge and bent in direction from first web. Edge of second web is cut to form widening on end part of shank. Projections for fixing flexible clamp are extruded on extreme parts of second web remaining after cutting. Wall is provided with two stiffening ribs formed by metal forced out from inner part of first web. EFFECT: reduced material and power usage owing to manufacture of anchor from simple initial cold-stamping blank instead of casting. 9 dwg |
