PURPOSE: A system and a method for making a 3D(Dimensional) AD signboard using computer graphic, and an electronic device and a mobile communication terminal equipped with a display device using the same are provided to save the time and the expense for making the AD signboard by starting to make the AD signboard after confirming an image of the AD signboard through the computer graphic. CONSTITUTION: A color analysis tool(106) analyzes a color used for copy. A layer generator(108) generates a basic layer, a logo character layer, the first reflecting layer, a background color layer, a white layer, a light insulating layer, and the second reflecting layer, a special effect layer, and a diffusing layer. A layer combining tool(110) combines the layers in the order of the basic layer, the logo character layer, the first reflecting layer, the background color layer, the white layer, the light insulating layer, and the second reflecting layer, the special effect layer, and the diffusing layer. A display tool(112) outputs a combined result to the monitor by using the backlight of the monitor as a light source.
