摘要 PURPOSE: A turbocharger system and a control method are provided to accurately control the output of an engine to a demand output and reduce whistle noise by easily controlling air compressing performance. CONSTITUTION: A turbocharger system is composed of a compressor(11) for compressing and supplying air to an intake line of an engine; a motor(13) mounted to the other side of a turbocharger shaft to drive the turbocharger shaft mounted with a blade(19) of the compressor at one side in a vector control method; an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) for controlling the RPM(Revolution Per Minute) of the motor to a demand RPM of the compressor; and an RPM sensor(15) electrically connected to the ECU to sense and apply the RPM of the compressor. The motor comprises a rotor(19) fixed and installed to the turbocharger shaft and a stator connected to the ECU. The ECU is electrically coupled to a butterfly valve disposed to the intake unit of the compressor to control the motor and the intake amount flowing into the compressor.
