PROJECTION WELDING METHOD

PURPOSE: A projection welding method is provided to prevent a welding trace from being formed at an outer surface of a metal plate by welding the metal plate through a projection welding process. CONSTITUTION: A projection welding method is provided for welding a first metal plate(10) with a second metal plate(20). The projection welding method includes the steps of forming a metal plate in a predetermined shape, positioning the metal layer on a projection welder, and welding the metal plate by applying electric power to the metal plate. A bending section(12) is formed in the first metal plate(10) by bending a predetermined portion of the first metal plate(10). The second metal plate(20) is provided with a projection(21) having predetermined diameter and height.
