PURPOSE: Hood latch structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent a release wire from being forcibly released through the lower end of a bumper and prevent a hood from being forcibly opened by preventing the release wire from being exposed to the outside. CONSTITUTION: In hood latch structure of a vehicle, a hood latch fixed to the upper end of a center stay of the vehicle is connected to a hood of the vehicle through the inside of a shroud upper member(20). Plural wire holders(30) are installed to the inside of the shroud upper member and a release wire(2) is fixed by the wire holders. Thus, the release wire connected to the hood latch is prevented from being forcibly broken and main parts of an engine room of the vehicle are prevented from being robbed. One end of the wire holder is fixed through the inside of the shroud upper member and the other end has a circular ring-shaped section one side of which is open to insert the release wire.
